In the Davao Region, located between tropical mountain forests, the Paquibato farmers’ cooperative practices agroforestry, intercropping and organic farming. The result is flavourful cacao, and the protection of the remaining forest fragments of Mount Apo National Park.

For this lot, a blend of five Trinitario cacao varieties and careful post harvesting techniques produced very pleasing cacao that is flavourful and balanced.
